SIXTYONESAINTS is produced in our studio in Bali Indonesia,  and orders are dispatched from our Head Office here, currently the orders take between 5-10 working days to reach you. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to holidays, shipping delay or payment authorisation. SIXTYONESAINTS is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

We use DHL as reputable international shipping agency and all items are fully traceable once shipped. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 working days.

 

Please ensure that the shipping address, email and phone number details provided for your order are correct. For some countries we may not be able to ship to PO Box’s. We can confirm that the UK and Australia are locations we are unable to ship to PO Box’s. If you have queries on this please email us info@sixtyonesaints.com 

 

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

 

Return policy:

 

Unless there has been a manufacturer error and/or we have sent you a faulty item, we CANNOT accept any return requests for exchanges or refunds on any goods OR full price stock regarding sizes, colours or styles due to any order error or change of mind.

 

Due to the strict import/export shipping laws of Indonesia we are not able to accept any return parcels. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any items shipped back without approved information.

 

Faulty policy:

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of receiving our product. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please also note that certain fabrics reveals small spots or color shades, this is due the manual process intended to create a worn raw and vintage look. It is not a Dyeing defect or other.

 

If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as you receive your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.

We define our tshirts in 3 categories. The lightweight, the medium weight and the heavy weight T-shirts.

So far the tshirts we have been producing are light weight and medium weight tshirts, the 40's cotton and the 50's cotton.

Here is the comparison between the 3 types of shirts.

Light Weight Shirts:

A Light Weight shirt is one that is less than 5 oz.

It is usually preferred during summer season. They are breathable which makes it a good shirt for those hot days during the summer.

The feel great and soft on the skin and depending on the color of the T-shirt they might be slightly see through during a bright sunny day.

Medium Weight Shirts:

Medium Weight shirts weighs somewhere between 5 oz – 6 oz.

As you might guess, medium weight shirts have the best of the both worlds!

They are great for all seasons, although of course they will keep you a little warm in winter and a little cooler in summer

Overall, their biggest advantage is that if you want most of the benefits of a light weight shirt, but the durability of heavy weight, then this shirt would make a good choice.

Heavy Weight Shirts:

A Heavy Weight shirt is one that weights 6 oz or greater.

The fabric is thick, and the shirt feels a little heavy (in a good way).

It feels warmer than a light weight shirt, however this does not always make it a bad choice for the summer.

Nonetheless, many people prefer these shirts in winter.

What does Oz mean in shirts?

Oz is short for Ounce. It is a measuring unit for Imperial System used in United States.

Even though companies write 5oz or 6oz weight for their shirts in product description, what they really mean is 5 ounce per yard square or 6 ounce per yard square.

A 6 oz shirt is around 200 gsm

A 5 oz shirt is around 170 gsm

GSM means grams per meters squared.
