SHIPPING & RETURNS
SIXTYONESAINTS is produced in our studio in Bali, and orders are dispatched from our Head Office here, currently the orders take between 5-10 working days to reach you. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to holidays, shipping delay or payment authorisation. SIXTYONESAINTS is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
We use DHL as reputable international shipping agency and all items are fully traceable once shipped. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 working days.
Please ensure that the shipping address, email and phone number details provided for your order are correct. For some countries we may not be able to ship to PO Box’s. We can confirm that the UK and Australia are locations we are unable to ship to PO Box’s. If you have queries on this please email us info@sixtyonesaints.com
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Return policy:
Unless there has been a manufacturer error and/or we have sent you a faulty item, we CANNOT accept any return requests for exchanges or refunds on any goods OR full price stock regarding sizes, colours or styles due to any order error or change of mind.
Due to the strict import/export shipping laws of Indonesia we are not able to accept any return parcels. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any items shipped back without approved information.
Faulty policy:
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of receiving our product. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please also note that certain fabrics reveals small spots or color shades, this is due the manual process intended to create a worn raw and vintage look. It is not a Dyeing defect or other.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as you receive your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
